FACE:

Concealer: NARS - Radiant Creamy Concealer - Custard

Setting Spray: Laura Mercier - Translucent Loose Setting Powder - Translucent

Contour: Kat Von D - Shade + Light Face Contour Refillable Palette - Sombre

Highlight: Becca - Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter - Moonstone

Brows: Anatasia Beverly Hills - DIPBROW Pomeade - Medium Brown

Setting Spray: Urban Decay - De-Slick Oil Control Makeup Setting Spray

EYES:

Eye Shadow: Kat Von D - Shade + Light Eye Contour I use the middle section. The top color goes in the crease blend it out well. Blend the brown below and into the crease. Take the black and only put it on the outer lid and blend. Finally take the white into the inner lid and blend.
